Architect and entrepreneur, we ran into Andrea Forapani at Identità Golose, in the very stand he designed, for the flour producer, Petra. A part of the H-Farm incubator, he developed a site called: exmacchina.porsche.com, and is currently developing a project about the storytelling of the production process, called +Plustomization.
Where is your favorite place to go for a quick bite or a little treat when you’re on the go? There is a little gelateria called Dolci Melodie in Viale Umbria 66.
What do you get there? I always get a cone with chocolate and pistacchio
Why is it so good? It’s a family business and they basically use all natural ingredients that taste just like the actual fruit. It’s doesn’t taste like plastic and chemicals like a lot of the others do.
When is the best time to go? The best time to go is Sunday morning, you can almost always find me there then.
How did you find this place? I think it was through friends. I had a really good friend that brought me there and then another time I was walking past the place with my girlfriend and she told me how she used to go there with her mom when she was little. It’s been around since the seventies!
